Main Structure
Galvanized steel frame structure with aluminum shell panels.
Thermal insulation includes polyurethane, extruded panels, and rock wool.
Glass curtain wall made from 8+12A+8 hollow LOW-E coated tempered glass.
Interior
Aluminum panel ceiling and wall system, stone plastic composite flooring, full lighting system, complete plumbing and electrical system, entryway cabinet, and curtain track (curtains not included).
Bathroom
Aluminum alloy glass door, premium showerhead, sink washbasin, bathroom mirror, floor drain, faucet, toilet, bathroom heater, and stainless steel hanger.
Utilities
Electrical cabling, insulated PVC piping, water supply system, pressurized drainage piping, three-hole power sockets, and switch panel with USB ports.
Kitchen (Optional)
Induction cooker, range hood, cabinets, bar counter, and sink.
Appliances (Optional)
Air conditioner, electric water heater, refrigerator, washer-dryer combo, 4K projector, floor heating, and electric curtain system.

2. Delivery
Delivery Location
Factory located in Foshan, China.
Nearest shipping ports: Nansha Port (Guangzhou) or Shekou Port (Shenzhen).
Shipping Method
Due to the size of the house, Model E5 cannot be loaded into a 40HQ container.
Shipment is handled via 40ft flat rack container.
Installation
Installation is simple. A crane is required to place the unit onto a pre-prepared foundation base.
