Main Structure
The house features a durable galvanized steel frame structure with an aluminum shell exterior. It is designed with advanced insulation materials including polyurethane panels, extruded panels, and rock wool to ensure excellent thermal performance.
The building is equipped with glass curtain walls made of 8+12A+8 hollow LOW-E coated tempered glass, providing natural light while maintaining energy efficiency.

Delivery Methods
Two shipping options are available:
1. Whole House Delivery
The complete house can be shipped in a 40-foot flat rack container due to its width of up to 3.2 meters.
This option is suitable for small orders of 1–2 units, although shipping costs are relatively higher.
2. Disassembled Modular Delivery
For larger orders, the house can be shipped in disassembled modules using 40HQ containers, significantly reducing shipping costs and making it ideal for bulk purchases.
